★ Yes. Dogs are welcome on a leash in our outside areas including the Veranda tables and the Lawn. Dogs are not permitted as part of our Estate Tour & Tasting.

★ In the Tasting Room and in our online retail store.

★ We do not allow outside food or beverages. Due to ABC laws, outside alcohol is not permitted.

★ Our staff diligently IDs guests for our ABC licensure compliance and for guest safety. Guests under the age of 21 are required to have a reservation at a table.

★ Yes, Tasting Room gift cards are available to purchase on our website at this link. Check the balance of a Tasting Room gift card through this link.

★ Experiences gift cards are also available through this link. These are redeemable on Eventbrite only towards our Cooking Classes, Workshops, and more. Visit this link to browse our class availability.

★ Yes, walk-ins are welcome to enjoy food and wine on our lawn, but we highly recommend making a reservation for table service to ensure the best experience

★ Please be aware that on weekends we do reach capacity due to limited parking. We strongly encourage our guests to carpool and arrive early to reduce the number of vehicles.

★ Reservations are highly recommended daily for table service and are available on Resy.com.

★ For parties of 7 or more, please visit this link to complete a group reservation request. Please note you will be unable to make a reservation for groups of this size via Resy or over the phone.

★ We are not able to guarantee table seating for walk-ins, but walk-ins are welcome to sit on the lawn and grab-and-go food and wine.

★ If you do not see availability on Resy, we are fully committed for reservations at that time.

★ We fill up very quickly, especially for covered outdoor Veranda seating, so reservations are recommended in advance.

★ Reservations are also recommended for weekdays, so please visit Resy.com for availability on your preferred date.

★ Yes – if you don’t see the option for “COVERED VERANDA” (or “ENCLOSED VERANDA” during the winter), that means we are booked completely for that date.

★ Reservations are released 60 days in advance on Resy.com at 8 am EST.

★ 90 minutes. Your reservation begins at your confirmed reservation time.

★ If you arrive early for your reservation, we invite you to purchase grab-and-go wine to enjoy while walking the grounds.

★ If you arrive late, please note that this will shorten your allotted 90-minute reservation time, as bookings are scheduled back-to-back.

★ Please give us a call at 434-202-8063 to reach out to our Tasting Room team.

★ If you’re running late, our team will reach out to you. However, if we don’t receive a response to our texts or calls within 15 minutes, we will be unable to hold your reservation.

★ If you miss your table reservation, you are still able to join us on the lawn for our grab & go offering.

★ Yes, you can move to the lawn after your table experience and are welcome to enjoy additional food + wine by the bottle, time permitting.

★ Because we have a limited number of picnic-style tables available on a first-come-first-serve basis, we encourage guests to bring their own blankets or portable chairs.

★ Resy.com has our most up-to-date availability for reservations.

★ If you do not see availability on Resy, this means we are booked for table reservations. You’re still welcome to visit as a walk-in on the lawn without a reservation.

★ Clicking the “Notify” button on Resy.com does not guarantee a reservation. Due to the high volume of inquiries, the Notify list is not an effective way to contact us. For specific questions about availability, please email us directly at reservations@pippinhillfarm.com.

★ We handle reservation inquiries best via email Monday through Friday and are generally unable to accommodate same-day reservations for weekends.

★ While we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to adjust your seating, you’re welcome to share your preferences in the notes section when making your reservation on Resy.com.

★ Yes, we are open rain or shine!

★ Yes, Veranda tables are covered.

★ From November to March, we install a seasonal window enclosure and heaters on the Veranda. However, it can still be chilly on colder days, so we recommend dressing warmly!

★ We’re not able to accommodate lawn walk-ins with covered tables.

★ In the case of inclement weather and for the safety of our staff and guests we ask that you retreat to your vehicle until you are able to rejoin us on the lawn once it is safe and dry enough to do so.

★ Our hosts will direct you to an ordering station where you can place your order for food and wine by the glass and bottle and grab-and-go wine flights.

★ You’ll receive your wine immediately, and we’ll send you a text when your food order is ready for pickup from the designated area.

★ We do not have a structure on the lawn as an overhead cover for walk-ins.

★ We have a limited number of portable chairs available for rent, which can only be arranged with the hosts upon arrival {cannot be reserved ahead of time}.

★ Because we have a limited number of picnic-style tables available on a first-come-first-serve basis, we encourage guests to bring their own blankets or portable chairs.

★ You are allowed to bring a cake. We charge a plating and service fee of $3 per guest.

★ We are delighted when guests choose to celebrate an occasion with us. To be respectful to our other guests, we kindly request that any celebratory bachelorette, birthday, graduation, or anniversary décor or accessories be left behind. This includes, but is not limited to sashes, tiaras, inflatables, balloons, banners, signs, tablecloths, and flowers.

We ID all persons who enter the property. Those who present fake ID’s will be asked to leave the property.

★ No, the Veranda is an open air space and is considered our outside seating area.

★ We do not have cooling or misting fans on the Veranda.
